Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform sourcing of hosts/emcees, who would facilitate the corporate events, on platforms, like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.
2. Perform screening of resumes, initial calling, and help align the interviews
3. Manage stakeholders
4. Work with the manager to streamline the onboarding and employee life cycle processes
5. Understand the hiring needs of various geographic regions and facilitate the process
Requirements:
1. A background in HR and an understanding of the recruitment cycle
2. MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Hunger to learn and excel
5. Passion for the social sector
