Responsibilities:
Implement recruiting strategies to find the right person for each role in the organization, keeping diversity and inclusion as core values. This includes various activities such as:

• Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding prospective team members.
• Support HR functions (5% to 10%) when needed.
