Job Description:
- Looking for a dynamic addition to our recruiting team.
- This individual will be responsible to deliver exceptional candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process.
- Individual will perform full lifecycle talent acquisition to include: networking, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and on-boarding.
Day To Day Activities:
1) End to End Recruitment for the various projects in our organization
2) Time Management
3) Follow up with Candidates and managing Job Fairs/Recruitment Drives
Qualifications:
1) Should have MBA Graduation preferably in HR.
2) Knowledge in MS Office.
3) Punctuality & Stability.
4) Full Knowledge about Recruitment.
Additional Information:
- Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, associations and the community.
- A broad level of creativity, recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization is required.
- This is an urgent requirement and the interview will be conducted immediately. Candidates who can relocate to Kolkata & join immediately will be CONSIDERED
- 1 – 3 yrs. of work experience in relevant field.
- Should be able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proactive, quick learner and a very good team player.
- Capable of working with multiple teams and time bound delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Flexible, strategic oriented thinking ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-initiative and a passion for follow-through on issues and opportunities
