Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the business stakeholders with research and headhunting
2. Build and streamline candidate pool, database update & management
3. Screen and evaluate candidates (in case required) and lead generation
4. Leverage all aspects of sourcing including but not limited to page group systems, client ATS, LinkedIn, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
