About the internship
We are looking for a deadline-focused and dynamic candidate to be responsible for the sourcing, screening and hiring of the candidates according to client demands. The responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from writing the job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with the team leads to identifying future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
4. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
5. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
6. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
7. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
