Develop a network of potential candidates.
Proactively source potential hires.
Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
Talent attraction using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter).
Referral creation from internal and external networks.
Creation of exceptional candidate experience - Being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
Review and pre-screen candidates.
Connecting emails to potential hires.
Assessing candidate fitment - Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing the behavioural-based approach and screening criteria defined by the client
