Position Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT)

Experience: 5-7 Years (only in IT Recruitment)
Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 5+years of hands on experience in IT Recruitment in any IT Organisation
- Very good written and spoken communication skill (English)
- Target driven with strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Demonstrated success in recruiting passive/less active competent talent
- Ability to work in a highly challenging work environment
- Requires high levels of enthusiasm and energy
- Should be able to multiple task and prioritise
- Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills that enable individual screen profiles and identify the right hiring fitment
Education and Technical Proficiency :
- Only BE in Computer Science
- Post-Graduation (Preferred)
- High proficiency level in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Well-versed in using latest platform and technologies (ATS) to source candidate profiles
