Partner with business leaders across geographies and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs
Identify appropriate channels and agencies to source the right candidates and manage those relationships Form close, collaborative & trusted relationships with senior leaders globally to address functional specific talent and learning needs through a consultative approach and implement strategic solutions
Set the tone for operational excellence and client management across broader team Take up HR support activities as needed
5-10 years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, lead development, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, and interview process management.
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
Strong knowledge on salary negotiations and offer execution (generating offer templates) Experience in managing HR support and admin responsibilities would be an added advantage
