Job Description

•  Candidates will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, planning interviews and must have handled end to end recruitments.
• Should be well versed with social media hiring like through Linkedin, Facebook, Free Job sites etc. or Naukri.
• Candidates will be responsible for organizational task of finding the most suitable person for the job.

• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible 
• Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
