Roles & Responsibilities:-
Planning on meeting monthly Recruitment requirements- Recruiter with bulk/Lateral hiring experience- Should have done sourcing management and channel optimisation.- Should have a good experience in managing data sets and creating business reports.- Candidate Management experience- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated-
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc, vendor management-
Screen candidates resumes and job applications-
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesKPI- Target Vs Delivery- TAT- CPH- Source Mix
