Designation : Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Academic adviser will be responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students/working professional
• Candidate will be recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students/working professional.
• Provide counseling and advise the students regarding various courses, products, application process
• Ensure higher conversion by being a single point of interface with all students
• Ensure benefits and advantages of enrollment are shared with students. Support enrollment process.
• Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, leads from referrals and other sources & Ensure best service & grievances management in consultation with Centre Manager.
• Provide counseling to walk in customers & achieve enrollment through counseling (If Required). Ensure conversion from telephonic leads and referrals. Maintain confidentiality of data.
