Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trustklub Consulting Private Limited in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the company's clients. Key daily responsibilities include sourcing and screening resumes, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, or sourcing candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates
- Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
