Antal International Network jobs - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Antal India, a subsidiary of UK-based executive recruitment business Antal International Networks, is looking to hire a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to fire up its operations in providing quality recruitment in India.

This is for INTERNAL HIRING

  • You will be responsible to start and scale new teams for Antal India's recruitment business.
  • You will use multiple sourcing strategies to attract the right individuals for the business.
  • You will lend your support to their initial onboarding and co-ordinate with the Training team for performance management.

You should

  • Hold a post-graduate degree, master's in HR is preferable, not mandatory.
  • Work experience minimum 6 months to maximum 2 years.
  • Have demonstrated resilience, creativity, and strong results orientation
  • Possess strong work ethics - solutions finding, initiative taker.

The role is based in Andheri W, Mumbai, and reports to the MD.
