Job role:
- Developing a strong the pipeline of high-caliber talent for all current and anticipated demands
- Identifying staffing
requirements of the organization, forecasting, and planning hiring for various
job roles
- Acquiring potential candidates through various
online and offline channels
- Screening job applications and conducting
preliminary interviews using reliable tools and cold calling
- Scheduling final interviews of the shortlisted
candidates with concerned stakeholders
- Coordinating with the interviewing panel and
keeping track of the applicant's progress
- Ensuring timely offer roll-out and
communication by conducting salary negotiations and offer finalization with
selected candidates
- Conducting joining formalities and proper
documentation of selected candidates
- Forming a professional rapport with past
applicants and potential candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience
- Gather and Understand from
the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process
and formulate standard HR practices.
Specifically,
the candidate should have :
- Excellent academic record with 75% or more in
at least one board examination or higher
- Undergraduate and Post-graduate (if
applicable) from a reputed organization
- Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting
components, including effective sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based
interviewing, negotiation, and relationship management
- Great interpersonal, communication skills and
stakeholder management to facilitate smooth interactions
