Job Responsibilities
• Handle end to end recruitment for a spectrum of roles and levels in the company
• Design, develop and execute talent acquisition strategy for the company
• Find, hire and engage talented candidates and build a strong employer brand
• Connect with hiring managers to understand the responsibilities for open positions and desired attributes in potential hires
• Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements
• Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of candidates
• Tie-up with vendors for hiring through external stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
• 4-6 years of relevant talent acquisition experience
• Hands-on experience with online portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc and social media hiring
• Excellent understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Mumbai location candidates preferred
