Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! You’ll help us build one of the best companies in the world to work for. Your aim is to attract the right talent and ensure candidates have an amazing experience while getting to know Chargebee!

Experience & Education

Overall experience: 7- 15 Yrs Minimum 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience in Sales, Marketing, Presales & IT for a product or SaaS-based clients.

Interested to work as an Individual contributor role interested in end to end recruiting (Sourcing to Closing an offer)

MBA in Human resources or relevant field. (top schools preferred)

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates.

You'll be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing new and productive initiatives to build the right talent cohort.

Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

Taking ownership of our end-to-end recruitment funnel: from sourcing to interviewing, and the best part, delivering offers!

Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct screening calls, administer test or assignments, etc)

Source for success, find the starts beneath the radar, look beyond the initial search.

Develop a winning employee "sales story" for each new role

Identify the best and most efficient recruitment channels to constantly achieve hiring needs.

Be a real advisor to your" hiring manager

Be proactive in finding the bottlenecks in the recruiting process

Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

Use HRIS, Recruitment tracking tool, analysis, etc

Good time-management skills

Good in multi-tasking and vendor management

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Critical thinker and problem -solving skills

An extraordinary "can-do-attitude" and a passion for working with internal stakeholders and candidates.

Must-Have

• A natural “people person” with great communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
• Self-starter with a hands-on attitude, and confident working with stakeholders of all levels
• Highly organized day to day, able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once
• Only product development or SaaS company experience preferred

Nice to Have :

• Ability to use previous recruitment mistakes to anticipate future events (Think “How is this situation similar to ones I have been in before?”)
• Knowledge of the Tech landscape such as programming languages, frameworks, methodologies, and trends
