Supervising schedule adherence
Supervising team requirements and metrics
Strong Rapport building skills with Team & stakeholders, manage attrition in the team
Ensure that all the projects delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
It also includes Discussion related to Job profile, salary negotiation and his career growth and future in his future company
Must have strong communication skills .
Should be excellent in Advance excel.
Ability to view the big picture and work effectively.
