- Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies within leadership hiring domain.
- Sourcing, recruiting and hiring leadership talent across a wide range of sales & delivery roles globally.
- Manage well on all the data associated with the recruitment process, data-driven thinking and systematic approaches in achieving the operation excellence is a must.
- Build and maintain network of potential Talent through proactive market research and ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to Talent Intelligence & market mapping.
- Consult on ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Wipro’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. Also, articulated in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Active participation in the full cycle recruiting efforts ,in charge of the offer proposal and negotiation process.
- Emphasis on continuous improvement through new initiatives each quarter.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive leadership talent.
- Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.
- Diplomatic and a proven ability in building up effective relationships.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to liaise with senior management both within the business and BU HR groups.
