Understand the job requirement and screen, build and maintain strong network of candidates
Drive positive candidate experience and follow sourcing best practices, such as effective job description, messaging and clear value propositions and providing excellent experience to the candidate
Using data, funnel metrics and domain expertise in at least one area, able to accurately identify, engage and access candidates at all level. Determine sourcing statrgies, which may be partially defined.
Created and maintain a pipeline of candidates based on profile ownership
searching, engaging, and nurturing with candidate to keep them warm ahead of the requisition needs.
Provide recruiters with a slate of candidates for filling specific hiring needs
searching, engaging and screening for relevancy, qualifications, availability and readiness
Sourcers are expected to search and leverage the pipelines in internal database, but also search outside our pipeline using external sources
If sourcers realize our pipelines aren't healthy, and most relevant & qualified candidates are sourced externally, they need to work with lead gen to improve our attraction and nurturing efforts
Sourcers are accountable for contact record enrichment and keeping candidate information current.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate pool.
Bachelors Degree in B.E/B.Tech
3-5 years of experience in technology recruiting
Good Interpersonal and decision making skills
Ability to understand new concepts on Engineering and Information Technology
Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationship
