About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in maintaining accurate attendance records and tracking employee leave requests, absences, and timesheets.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientations, preparing materials, and facilitating a seamless transition into the organization.
3. Collaborate with HR team members to organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
4. Participate in talent assessment processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
5. Provide administrative support for HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS maintenance.
6. Assist in drafting HR documents including employment contracts, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion and professionalism
