Your Role and Responsibilities
Who are you :

• You will help build insight reports based on which talent and HR teams can make fact-based strategic decisions helping IBM attract, hire and retain top talent.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participating in data collection, and analysis, using appropriate tools
• Researching, reading and synthesizing or curating relevant technology news

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Understanding of different skills and roles in the technology world
• Talent research experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 - 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and Power point)
• Understanding of different IT skills and roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skill

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Understanding of different skills and roles in the technology world
• Talent research experience
