Installation of Tally Software: Install and configure Tally software on customer's computers or servers. Ensure compatibility and proper setup of hardware and software requirements. Provide guidance on the installation process and assist with any technical issues encountered during installation.
Solving Tally Problems: Identify and troubleshoot software issues faced by customers. Analyze error messages, log files, and system configurations to diagnose problems. Provide solutions and workarounds to resolve software-related issues promptly. Collaborate with technical support teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Tally Software Training and Implementation: Conduct training sessions for users to familiarize them with Tally software. Develop training materials and documentation to support the learning process. Customize the software implementation based on the specific needs of the customers. Provide guidance and best practices for efficient usage of Tally software.
Solving Customer's Tally Problems Remotely: Utilize remote access tools to connect to the customer's computer and troubleshoot Tally issues. Communicate effectively with customers to understand the problem and provide remote assistance. Guide customers through step-by-step instructions for issue resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
Solving Customer's Tally Problems On-Site: Visit customer premises to assess and diagnose Tally-related problems. Interact with customers in person to understand their requirements and concerns. Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues directly on-site. Provide on-site training and support as needed.
