Job Description Summary

Reporting to Senior Manager Finance, the Accountant will be responsible for Performing Tax Compliances and Regulatory Reporting related to Rocket Software Development India Private Limited . This role will involve high interaction with Income Tax, GST, SEZ, STPI, Registrar of Companies, RBI, MSME, Department of Telecommunications (DOT) and other Government authorities within India. He/she will also work with corporate Tax team for providing inputs for compliances completed for India

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Income Tax filing for the companies, Response to Notices & Submissions
Preparation for transfer pricing Audit and reports. Filing of TP online
Assisting in preparing reports as per the financial reporting requirements published by ICAI
End to End Co-ordination with Statutory auditors and tax auditors
Reporting of Internal financial controls
Independently handling scrutiny assessments from Income tax ,GST , DOT and other government agencies
Compilation & Payment of TDS (other than payroll)
Compilation of data for filing e-TDS Returns
Computation & payment of Advance Tax
Compilation & Filing of SFT Preliminary Response
Response to Notices & Submissions
Preparation of Financials, Workings & other support for the Audit
Supervision of Internal Controls
Co-ordination for Filing ECB-2 Return
Filing of FLA Return – Audited and Unaudited data.

Softex Acknowledgements submission to Banks (with FIRC mapping)
GSTR - 1 - Compilation of Data
GSTR - 3B - Payment of GST

GSTR - 3B - Compilation of Data
Compliances & Follow-up for GST Refund
GSTR - 9 & 9C - Audit under GST Act
Co-ordination with Company Secretary for Compilation of Board Minutes & Resolutions
Co-ordination with Company Secretary for Filing of Annual ROC Returns
MSME Registration & related Compliances
OSP Compliances
LEI Registration & Compliances
Compliances & Co-ordination for Trust Activities

Required Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Preferred Qualifications: Company Secretary

Education: Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary with relevant experience

Years of Experience : 5+ years of post-qualification experience

Travel Requirements: 5%
