Job Description: The Sun School is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team as Teacher. As a Teacher at The Sun School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of our students and contributing to their overall development. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.

Ø Deliver engaging and interactive instruction using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Ø Assess student learning through regular formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.

Ø Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.

Ø Utilize technology and multimedia resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

Ø Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents/guardians to support student learning and achievement.

Ø Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in education.

Ø Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's degree preferred).

Ø Valid teaching certification/license issued by the appropriate governing body (CBSE certification preferred).

Ø Proven experience in teaching at the relevant grade level or subject area.

Ø Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, educational trends, and instructional strategies.

Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ø Passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to the academic and personal development of students.

Ø Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Ø Proficiency in technology integration for educational purposes is desirable.
