Preschool and childcare center heads/coordinators supervise and lead staffs, oversee daily activities, assist in designing curriculum, and prepare budgets. They are responsible for all aspects of their centers program.
Qualification : - Graduate with 1 year Diploma in ECE .
Key Responsibility Areas : -
Ensuring, Teachers are well aware of plans and are prepared to run the class smoothly.
Aware of the academic progress and emotional and physical well-being of each student with the teachers .
To send regular feedback .
Plan/Organize /Coordinate all the events such as Parent Orientation, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, etc.
Delegate duties to the Teaching and Non -Teaching staff for all the events
Ensure maintenance of all Records/ formats by the Teacher and Co-teacher pertaining
