Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who has 3-4 years hands on experience as a team lead in field collections domain and looking to kickstart their career in banking sector.
Only male candidates are preferred.

Excellent knowledge of debt recovery laws and regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using collection software and tools

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

High level of integrity and ethical standards

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.

Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Ability to work independently or in a team environment
