Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals and execute them seamlessly.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team month on month
  • Participate in defining sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development.
  • 1+ yrs of exp in team handling
  • Managed a team size of 5 - 10 sales agents
  • Exhaustive experience of Telesales (B2C preferred)
  • Preferably from edtech background.
  • Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Should have experience of working with a startup.
  • Experience of working in contact center preferred.
