Duties and responsibilities :

•         Setting their team’s goals and communicating them effectively

•         Developing and implementing plans and strategies

•         Delegating responsibilities to team members & set deadlines.

•         Resolving internal conflicts and boosting up the team’s morale

•         Using key metrics to keep the track of team progress

•         Managing and allocating the team’s resources

•         Ability to mentor and train new team members

•         Guiding, Monitoring & leading an entire team as well as inspiring positive communication.

•          Discover training needs and provide coaching

•          Listen to team members’ feedback
