· Should have hands on parameters and to drive the team.
· Facilitate day to day Operations
· Handling 2nd level escalated calls.
· Checking on distribution of mails and/or other operational roadblocks and helping ease them for his/her team
· Attend Client calls and other important meetings, Conduct Weekly, SMR, Project Review, Daily Team meetings, etc.,
· Passing on the process updates to the team members, Maintaining Weekly reports, Daily reports and interacting with the Asst. Manager and the team to improve the process
· Develop, groom and coach team members so that they are able to perform better / as per the business objectives and Caliber culture.
