Job Description

Hiring for team lead operations
Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT, CSAT skills mandatory
International BPO experience mandatory
Immediate to 30 days Notice period

Responsibilities:
Analyze daily production reports to identify opportunities for improvement and report to management.
Analyze, identify and respond with sensitivity to the system support needs of all internal users.
Analyze outstanding debt and co-develop collection strategies.
Analyze productivity reports for all the Settlement Operations team.
Build and maintain close relationship vendors.
Build automate procedures using scripting tools and languages.
Build relationships with global team members.
Build strong relationships with other in store employees.
Build strong, sustainable stakeholder relationships with both internal and external customers.
Build sustainable relationships within the business, through open and interactive communication.
