
· Designing
and configuring new setup for customers comprising Large/Medium LAN/Wireless
LAN networks remotely
· Configuring
and setting up VLANs (Data/Voice),Routing protocols (Static/EIGRP/BGP),HSRP,
Trunks/Ether channels etc.
· Configuring
and troubleshooting Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, and APs.
· Hands on
experience on configuring Layer 2 protocols such as STP, RSTP, VLANs, Ether
channels.
· Upgrading
the devices with the latest Operating System, taking backups and restore the
configuration.
· Responding
to Technical Queries raised by customer on subjects such as features,
specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products.
· Engage
support as required to ensure SLA demands meet.
· Development and consultancy of customized end-to-end solutions for
customers. Supporting various implementations of special and complex customer set-ups.
· Recommend
improvements and/or alternatives to the company’s existing systems architecture
and technology portfolio.
· Acts
quickly to resolve customer issues in a way that retains trust and maintains
delight with TM.
