Job Description

Team Lead - Recruitment

Having 3 to 5 Years of experience

Location : Pune

Job Description :

1.Offers Management operation

  • Own TA operation processes like offer generation, offer release, BGC and Pre-joining documentation
  • Contribute in managing candidates’ experience with support of managing logistics like travel and boarding of outstation candidates

2.FTE vendors operation

  • Responsible for preparing and submitting provision of vendor transactions related to FTE hiring
  • Managing purchase requests of Talent Acqusition function for all transactions
  • Trigger system generated webmaster to vendors for inviting invoices on time.
  • Validating invoices and supporting documents coming from empaneled TA vendors before submitting to Finance team

3. Contractors operation

  • Executing Work order once it is approved by business and accepted by vendor
  • Responsible for BGC and Pre-joining documentation
  • Trigger system generated webmaster to vendors for inviting invoices on time.
  • Release approved timesheet and process invoices and supporting documents coming from empaneled TA vendors before submitting to Finance team

4. Team management

This role will be managing the operations with the help of team of 2-4 members to handle operations
