Elevate Services jobs - Team Lead - Sales Operations

Elevate is recruiting a Team Lead to join our high-performing Sales team. As a part of the team you will be responsible for end-to-end RFP process – scheduling and running RFP kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, incorporating and customizing our response to include the agreed upon strategy, coordinating and review/edit RFP input from a variety of senior stakeholders, facilitating key review meetings / final document review.

Specifically, you will

• Work with the Sales team and subject matter experts to write high quality proposals in response to customer/prospect RFPs
• Independently manage multiple RFPs from start to finish, ensuring that responses are complete, compliant and well positioned
• Be responsible for end to end RFP process – scheduling and running RFP kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, incorporating and customizing our response to include the agreed upon strategy, coordinating and review/edit RFP input from a variety of senior stakeholders, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating RFP governance / sign-off, document production and delivery of the completed RFPs
• Work within established and inflexible time-frames to meet RFP deadlines
• Be responsible for online submission of RFPs
• Ability to coach junior team member
• Content management – create new and re-usable RFP content and manage company-wide content repository
• Document template management in line with company branding

Experience

• 6+ years’ experience working with RFPs, preferably in the legal services sector
• Excellent business writing and grammar skills
• Proven ability as a self-starter, detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task effectively
• Content management and proposal automation software (or similar) experience preferred

Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent required
