Opening for US INBOUND Voice Process 
Team Leaders: (US Insurance Vertical Experience is an added advantage) 
Job description: Min 1 year on paper as Team Leader in any reputed BPO/ ITES for inbound customer service Process
Graduate mandatory
Excellent English-speaking skills
Should have hands on experience in handling shrinkage, attrition, SLA, team management 
Associates: (Medical Billing) 
Job description: Fixed US shift
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International voice process
We are looking for Experienced for the role of Associate in Inbound voice process
Undergraduates and post graduates with more than six months BPO/ ITES experience  Freshers can also apply For all roles Immediate Joiners will be given first priority If interested, please call and confirm your interview schedule.
