Responsibilities:
a) Understand Tour & Travel packages for domestic and international locationsb) Understanding the destinations, respective sightseeing and point of attractionsc) Explain the same to the client as per their budget, travel days, suggesting them as per the paxd) Connect with clients, get their travel requirements and suggest right packages for their vacation plane) Explain packages inclusions, exclusions and sightseeing aspectsf) Explain necessary documentation, transfersg) Ensure customer needs are taken care of, till they return to origin point, and take proper feedback to improve the overall serviceh) Maintain customer relationship to the core, as the objective of the companyi) Working Experience in this industry is a differentiatorj) End to end follow-up of the Clients k) Responsible for updating all the client information in the CRM l) Responsible for updating all the required information to the Leads m) Responsible for the Passport/Documents of the Clients
