Team Leader - BPO Operation jobs in Chennai at E-Cosmos India Pvt Ltd

Set clear production goals and monitor performance.
Check and maintain the required attendance every day and segregate the requisite staffing in each of the shifts.
Perform real time monitoring of the queue and ensure adequate staffing is maintained at all times.
Oversee day-to-day operation of the team. Monitor Login Time/Release time
Monitor team performance to ensure KRA is met.
Conduct team meetings to update team on best practices, process updates and continuing expectations.
Prioritize daily, weekly task and ensure completion on time.
Investigate on customer issues and provide RCA and Feedback
Maintain and provide reports and data on the performance of each team member.
Share quality/performance/hygiene feedback with the team and track improvements.
Identify behavioral and performance issues and resolve them.
Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Provide periodic performance reports to the reporting manager and highlight any issues

Work Location - Chetpet, Chennai
Shift - US Shift 5 days Working ,2 Days Off
