Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field collectors, responsible for the timely and efficient collection of outstanding payments or debts from customers.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes to maximize debt recovery and minimize bad debts.
Set collection targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and providing guidance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, collection activities, and key metrics to management.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, negotiating payment plans or settlements when necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar field collections or debt recovery role.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers and team members.
