Job Profile: Team Leader - ICT System Specialist
Investigate the effects of new software components and give recommendations regarding the whole system.
Evaluate hardware, operating-, standard, communication, and universal software.
Install, generate, edit, interact, test, and share new operating-, universal-, and standard software.
Clarify and solve faulty systems. Define and/or create system backup measures, checklists, change- and problem management as well as regulations regarding backup and data backup.
Enhance installation- and transfer processes, ensure there is a system documentation and all system guidelines are followed.
Support and advise system developers and system users regarding to all system technical questions.
Create procedures, escalation procedures, and rules for the workflow in case of an extraordinary measure (recovery/restart). Lead through complex reconstruction- and recovery measures (recovery/restart).
Realize concepts for tuning- and performance tasks as well as for identification and remedying failures regarding hardware-, software- and communication components.
