Job Description:

·         Candidate should be from US health care Background (ERISA/HIPAA/State Mandates)

·         Specialization in Dental/ Ortho / Oral Surgery, DMO will be an added advantage

·         SME, Process Specialist, Team Lead / Acting Team Leads are eligible

·         Exposure on Attrition & shrinkage

·         Training needs Identification, Mentoring & coaching the team

·         Candidate Should be customer oriented with good Verbal & Written Communication skills  

·         Possess Strong Leadership skills & Problem solving skills

·         Good Analytical Skills & People Management Skills 

·         Should be flexible with Shifts
