Job Description
- *Role Overview*: Responsible for managing and executing on-site collection of payments from clients.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Visit clients' locations to collect due payments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update relevant databases.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during collection processes.
- Report regularly to the collection manager on progress and challenges.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
