Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Team Recruitment and development.2. Team Development.
3. Business Development.
4. Effectively manage your team by scheduling tasks for them and make sure they complete it.
5. Training your team and supporting them achieve weekly goals.
6. Increase the performance of your team by managing them.
7. Contributing to meet targets.
The candidates will be given 3 months training with a stipend (25,000/-) based on performance.
Training Includes:
1.Finance training
2.Leadership training
3.IRDAI exam
Skills:
Sales acumen.
Solid understanding of policies and products.
Be able to provide mentorship.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
