Job Description

Team Leader
Gurugram, India

  • Education* MBA/ CA/ICWA/Post Graduate in Commerce
  • Experience Range* 5-7 years’ work experience
  • Mandatory skills*
  • He /she should have a strong hold on financial concepts esp. Profit & Loss and Balance sheet of Banking industry - Mandatory
  • Candidate should be from finance team of Mutual Fund / Wealth advisor / GWIM businesses  – Understands the Business / products / key terms - Mandatory
  • Candidate should know the work they have been doing on daily basis and should be able to articulate it better
  • Good communication skills as the candidate is expected to interact with senior leaders onshore and be on lot of TPs, give presentations to the onshore team
  • Candidate should be willing to work as an individual contributor for next few years and not expect to be a people leader or aspire to be a people leader
  • FP&A experience/Management Reporting/ Financial Products Reporting is a must (No AP/AR/Recon)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with emphasis on strong Excel (pivot tables, look-ups, filtering, some macros),and PowerPoint
  • Should be able to work with high demand stakeholders on adhoc business requests
