Job Description

We are seeking qualified team leader who is responsible for developing the sales team, coordinating sales operation & implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet & surpass its sales target consistently. The team leader is responsible for supervising , managing & motivating team members on a daily basis. able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operation and affective collaboration.

Required skills- Excellent communication (English mandatory), leadership skills, decision making , organisational & time management skills. Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.

Job location - Work from home

Experience- 3 to 5 years

Working days - 6 days (Sunday off)

Shift - 10 AM to 7PM
