Job Description

  • Follow up with the customer having their outstanding in the starting of the month and communicate for Payments and overdue.
  • Reconciliation of the ledger of Customers if there is an issue and clear the issue by visiting the Customers or on mail.
  • Making Full and Final settlement with Customer after meeting with him and verify all the dues and payments.
  • Taking Target of Collection of overdue payments and then achieving it within the month.
  • Achieving the sales target.
  • Working on Proper tracking of KCC file from login to Disbursement.
