Job Description

Follow up with the customer having their outstanding in the starting of the month and communicate for Payments and overdue.
Reconciliation of the ledger of Customers if there is an issue and clear the issue by visiting the Customers or on mail.
Making Full and Final settlement with Customer after meeting with him and verify all the dues and payments.
Taking Target of Collection of overdue payments and then achieving it within the month.
Achieving the sales target.
Working on Proper tracking of KCC file from login to Disbursement.
