Position: Team Leader (Female Only) 

Location: Mumbai, Vile Parle West  

Shift: Day shift (Mon - Sat, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm) 

Salary: Up to Rs. 35,000 per month + Incentives

 Experience: Minimum 3 years in outbound telesales Requirements:

• Telesales experience, outbound calling is a must

• Team management experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• 12-month lock-in contract

• Must reside in the western suburbs of Mumbai (Virar to Dadar) 

• Coach, motivate, and lead a sales team

• Ensure the team meets sales targets

• Provide sales training and performance management

• Understand market dynamics in the sector

• Develop sales strategies for growth

• Maintain customer relationships

• Use CRM system for communication and customer management

• Handle customer inquiries and team follow-ups

• Monitor calls for quality assurance

• Forecast and analyze sales data
