Requirements and skills

·         Proven work experience as a Team Leader or supervisor of at least 1 year.

·         Total 2+ years of experience in a BPO.

·         Excellent communication and leadership skills

·         Organizational and time-management skills

·         Decision-making skills

·         Graduation or Undergraduate in any stream.
