Process Team Leader is experienced Sr. Process Engineer / Process Leader who will be technical authority in his area of working. He /She has to be in Line Manager role for set of Process Engineers.
· In the role of Line Manager, he/she is responsible for Resource allocation/ planning, Competence mapping, Performance Review, Identify Training requirements of Process engineers reporting to him. He / She guides Process Engineers in day to day working and validates engineering work.
· In functional role Process Team Leader is overall responsible for projects in all respects i.e. engineering cost, time, quality and scope of obligations. Manage projects in compliance with Tetra Pak policies and strategies.
· Act as a role model for the engineers for the processes being implemented and the new ways of working. Facilitate and build relationships needed to ensure that partnerships between TPPS and other Tetra Pak organisations are fully utilised.
· Manage and motivate staff towards the achievement of project goals.
· Prepare quotations for prospective projects and assist sales personnel in securing orders

Skills & Knowledge
· Strong technical engineer with experience of 5 -10 medium to big size projects
Skills to develop solutions to maintain TP standards whilst leveraging advantages gained from using new technology.
Validate technical solutions and coach engineers with respect to food process engineering
Communicate and drive for innovation
Expert in troubleshooting within the specialist area
Experience of making audits at customer sites
· Ability to understand and communicate easily with customer
Ability to build confidence
· Provides guidance, advise to process and automation engineering team and Process Reusable Design for the Market Area.
As Super user maintain local reusable design templates.
Conduct process training for internal automation/ process engineers as well as customer personnel on process and systems.
Support deployment of Process Functional Specification efficiency tool, SkyNet and reusable design concepts, including guidance and supervision in Market Area.
· Advanced Calculation within areas of heat exchangers, piping, pumps and valves used at food industry
· Can organise the installation activities together with the Site manager
Understands the need of coordination for installation of different suppliers equipment
Can lead/guide/negotiate with the different actors at site including customer
§ Good understanding of in which order the commissioning takes place in order to plan the commissioning work
Can plan commissioning activities
