The key job responsibilities include the following:-

• Hold regular sessions to observe individual performance and provide honest and actionable feedback through one-on-one sessions
• Inspire and motivate team members to have a passion to serve
• Consistently and effectively implement the Performance Management Process as a leadership tool to help employees maximize their performance
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to maintain service levels and employee satisfaction
• Analyze metrics and any issues that could affect the achievement of service levels immediately
• Initiate process improvements by identifying service delivery gaps, offering solutions, and successfully implementing ideas
• Analyze skills and abilities to identify individual strengths and opportunities to develop action plans
• Motivate, Collaborate and Inspire with an open communication culture
• Adhering to process SLA and SOPs
• Setting clear team goals; delegating tasks and setting deadlines for your team
• Monitor team performance and recognize high performance
• Report project metrics to stakeholders and drive business reviews
• Suggest and organize team-building activities

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Proficient in reading writing and speaking in Punjabi
• Proven work experience as a team leader with In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions quickly
• Proficient in Excel/Google Spreadsheet
• Must be open for flexible work environment (rotational shifts); 07:30 - 16:30 & 16:30 - 01:30
