Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of Relationship Executives (REs).
· Ensure adherence with Market Place discipline.
· Daily timely reporting of numbers.
· To ensure that the team meets its monthly/weekly
sales target of Credit Card.
· To develop & maintain strong relationship
with employees of various stores.
· To ensure that Credit Card visibility in the
assigned Stores and branches.
· To ensure Quality, work ethics & basic
hygiene of team members
· Report any incident to Area Manager
Qualification:
· Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation Pass
Experience:
· Work Experience: Preferably sales experience
(80%).
· Minimum 3 Years of experience in Team Handling,
preferable in Banking Industry or direct sales
· Minimum 2 years of Team handling experience
· Good understanding of Financial products
Comfortable
standing for long hours and working on weekends & public holidays
