Job Description & Responsibilities: 1. Should be capable of handling the team strength of minimum 10 Field sales executive. 2. Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations in their respective Domain & for the Retail enrollments/Sales in the city. 3. Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly. 4. On board quality merchant in market place QR code for transaction and solve issue of merchant related query and payment bank. 5. Responsible for Product Life cycle from Concept to Deployment including flow charts, features, scripting, etc. 6. Sharing metrics data of agents on monthly basis to HR for monthly KRA scores. 7. Achieve the revenue plan within the prescribed cost guidelines by optimizing the sourcing mix and profitability. 8. Maintain Daily reports of a team of Field Sales Executive. 9. Responsible for the achievement of target set by company by managing all their FSE’s performance. 10. Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements and define the product vision, handling whole Area & Team (All Field sales executive). 11. Ensure liquidity of old & aged stock. 12. Verify placement of stocks as per the targets. 13. Create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product road map. 14. Engage with Retailers/Outlets to place our products. 15. Ensure scheme communication and enrollment of respective retailer. 16. Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software and other financial products. 17. Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations.
